There are technologies in orthopedics that never reach the surgeons who would use them well. Not because the science is weak, but because they sit outside the large contracted groups that hold agreements with the major health systems. Distribution decides what gets seen, and distribution tends to favor scale over merit.

MVMT exists to widen that field. We are an independent surgical distributor, which means we carry no obligation to move a particular manufacturer's inventory. Every technology in the catalog is evaluated the same way a surgeon would evaluate it: mechanism first, then what the published data actually shows, then whether it holds up in the field. If it fails that standard, it does not go in the catalog, regardless of the commercial terms attached to it.

That standard is the entire value we offer. A surgeon already knows what works in their hands. What they rarely have is time to independently vet every adjunct that comes across their desk. Curation done honestly saves them that time, and it only works if the filter is real.
